GET SET by registering for Phinizy Center’s Later Gator 5K/10K race!
GO to Phinizy Swamp Nature Park on Saturday, January 28, 2023,
9 am – 12 pm to run our 5K or 10K race.
Runners will have a hard time NOT stopping to take in the scenic views at Phinizy Swamp Nature Park.
Early Bird Specials! 1st 100 registrants will receive an option of a long-sleeved or short-sleeved Later Gator shirt and a $10.00 discount off race registration by October 31, 2022.
Participants will be responsible for paying for It’s Your Race website registration fees.
Children under the age of 7 will be able to participate for free but will not receive a shirt or medal.
Shirt sizes are all Adult sizes.

Age Groups for both races:
Female/Male Overall, Toddler - 7: KIDS FREE (no medals or shirts), 8-17 , 18-24 , 25-29, 30-34 , 35-39 , 40-44 , 45-49, 50-54, 54-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
10K 9:00 am: Later Gator 10K race will start on the vehicle road into Phinizy Swamp Nature Park and end at the Pfizer Picnic Pavilion, next to the silos at Phinizy Swamp Nature Park. Rain/Flood routes will have the same Start and Finish and will only take place on the Wet Cell trails of the park.
Runners will experience running on beautiful beaten paths, wilderness-surrounded graveled trails, scenic boardwalks, vehicle roads, a few steps up and some steps down to transition from one trail to another. You will not get bored! 10K route will be clearly marked in ORANGE. Participants/winners will receive a custom-made medal. Shirts and shirt sizes are available while supplies last.
5K 9:05 am: Later Gator 5K race will start 5 minutes after the 10K race, on the vehicle road into Phinizy Swamp Nature Park and end at the Pfizer Picnic Pavilion, next to the silos at Phinizy Swamp Nature Park. Rain/Flood routes will have the same Start and Finish and will only take place on the Wet Cell trails of the park.

Participants/winners will receive a custom-made medal. Shirts and shirt sizes are available while supplies last.
Strollers and walkers will start behind runners.
10:00/05 am: Later Gator DJ/Emcee, Life of the Party, Kris Fisher, will announce 5K winners.
11:15/30 am: Later Gator DJ/Emcee, Life of the Party, Kris Fisher, will announce 10K winners.
